What records can I access? In Washington County, the grantor/grantee index and images of real estate documents recorded beginning in January 1945 and the computer tract index of legal descriptions from January 1997 to present are available.

Do I need to sign an agreement? Yes, if you would like to establish an escrow account.  To get a copy of the Escrow Account Agreement, click Agreement You will need to print, fill out and submit with an escrow account check.

What are the fees?  The statutory copy fee applies, $2 for the first image, $1 for each additional image per document. User fees pay for system maintenance and software support.

How do I access Daily LandShark? After we receive your completed agreement, we will assign a user name and password that you can use to access real estate images, and deduct from your escrow account.
